Since the Suzuki Hayabusa has been out for a few years now I figure that  many wouldn't mind the me posting the service schedule.  All motorcycles require the same sort of maintenance.  Suzuki thinks the Hayabusa requires 6 monthly intervals regardless of distance travelled unless 6000kms - unless of course you cover a lot of distance. They do state that this is the minimum servicing schedule.

Why 6 months? rather than distance - some people only travel 6000km in 3 years.  I hesitate to think the condition of the internals with the same oil in it if left un-serviced - yuck.

Most importantly I've included stuff that you should do that's not in the various manuals.  It's all logical really.  Only thing I can't provide are the service bulletins.

Drive chain Clean & Lube every 1000Km
Fairing bolts
Exhaust bolts
Inspection & Tighten every 1000km if necessary.
Engine coolant
Clutch fluid
Brake fluid
Front fork oil
Rear damper oil
Replace every 2 years
Fuel hose
Clutch hose
Brake hose
Replace every 4 years
