Update of 25/02/2001

Managed to squeeze in a ride yesterday.   I was met with a flat battery.  I had left the alarm on for the past 2 weeks and that was sufficient to require a push start.  The most embarrassing part was when I arrived at the service station for some fuel I hadn't sufficiently ridden long enough for the battery to charge and hence required another push start !  After a longer ride all was fine again though.  I think I will replace the battery anyway. 

Once again the updates are focused on the Survey Results page.  I'm trying to make some more time this week to do some more updates to the other pages.  So say tuned.

Update of 18/02/2001

Heaps of rain so didn't get a chance to ride this week.  Still working on the next substantial site upgrade though.  Heaps of new content about the Hayabusa and bikes in general and believe or not a HUGE pictures site upgrade !  It'll be the site for Motorcycle pictures on the Internet maybe ???

Update of 11/02/2001

Well everyone, there's another cyclone about 1000 ks away and its been raining all day.  Lucky I went for a spin yesterday ! Back to another topic, that is the comparison of trhe Hayabusa to other bikes not in the same category, I think is totally appropriate as well as the usual same class comparisons.  From the survey results there are heaps of owners who have bought the Hayabusa after riding smaller machines or bikes which are in totally different classes. 

My bike is still running fine although I am concerned about the fuel consumption reading.  Due to weather and being very busy haven't had a chance for a decent ride since the recall actually.

Update of 04/02/2001

Gee its Feb already. Pictures site has been updated so do check out the new pics.  My bike didn't need a new battery after all it seems to have cured its self after a decent ride !  It's time with me is definitely coming to a close.  I have other plans which will reveal themselves over the next few months.
